Ref.: Agreements Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors.
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of the Market Law of
Values, and in exercise of the faculties conferred upon me, are communicated to you, at
essential factual nature of the Capital Advisors Real Estate Office Investment Fund
US II (the “Fund”, which yesterday, December 22, 2022, was held the Assembly
Extraordinary Fund Contributors, whose summons was communicated to the Commission for the
Financial Market through Essential Fact on December 12, 2022.
At the aforementioned Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, the following was agreed:
i. Request the Commission for the Financial Market to cancel the
registration of the Fund’s internal regulations in the Public Registry of Deposit
of Internal Regulations kept by the Commission.
ii. Request the Commission for the Financial Market to cancel the
registration of the Fund’s dues in the Securities Registry maintained by the
Commission.
iii. To approve a new consolidated text of the Fund’s rules of procedure, including
the modifications necessary to adjust it to the quality of investment fund
private, which would come into force once the Commission for the Market
Financial cancel the registration of the internal regulations deposited in the Registry
Public Deposit of Internal Regulations.
