Ref.: Agreements Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of the Securities Market Law, and in exercise of the powers conferred on me, it is communicated to you, as an essential fact of the Capital Advisors Real Estate Multifamily US I Investment Fund (the “Fund”), that on this date the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors was held, whose summons was communicated to the Commission for the Financial Market by Essential Fact on May 12, 2023.
At the aforementioned Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, the following was agreed:
I. Approve the annual account of the Fund, relating to its management and administration, and the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022.
II. To elect Mr. Juan José Bulnes Valdés, Mr. Cristóbal Kaltwasser Boetsch and Mr. Rodrigo Meyer Rojas as members of the Fund’s Oversight Committee for the financial year 2023.
III. Approve an expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee for FY2023 of US$616.
IV. Establish that the members of the Supervisory Committee do not receive remuneration for the performance of their duties for the financial year 2023.
V. Designate ARTL Chile Auditores Limitada as an external audit firm to examine the accounting, balance sheet and other financial statements of the Fund for the year 2023.
