Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of the Market Law of
Values and duly authorized, I communicate to you, as an essential fact that,
with this date the Board of Directors of the company Capital Advisors General Administrator of
Fondos S.A. (hereinafter, the “Administradora”), the management company of the
Inversión Capital Advisors Real Estate Multifamily US I (hereinafter, the “Fund”),
Agreed as follows:

Pay a decrease in the capital of the Fund in the amount of USD$25,892.57,
to the contributors of the Fund, in proportion to the quotas of which each
was the holder, without reducing the number of shares into which the capital of the
Background. They will be entitled to this reduction the gentlemen contributors who appear
registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth
business day prior to the date fixed for payment.
Pay to the contributors of the Fund a dividend for the total amount of
USD$195,371.21.-, charged to accumulated profits as of December 31,
2022, corresponding to pay for each installment of the Fund the amount of USD
$ 0.83.- The contributing gentlemen who appear will be entitled to this dividend
registered in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth
business day prior to the date fixed for payment.
Both the capital decrease and the dividend indicated will be paid from the
