Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10? of the Securities Market Law, and in
In the exercise of the powers conferred upon me, it is communicated to you, as an essential fact,
that on December 14, 2022, the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the
Capital Advisors Real Estate Multifamily US I Investment Fund (the “Fund”) whose summons
was communicated to this Commission by Essential Fact on December 2, 2022.
In the aforementioned Assembly, the contributors agreed as follows:
i. Modify the term of duration of the Fund, establishing that it will last until the day
December 29, 2022.
ii. Modify the Fund’s Rules of Procedure with regard to its
liquidation. It was established that the liquidation of the Fund will be carried out by the same
Administrator as liquidator, fixing its remuneration and powers.
iii. Modify the Internal Regulations of the Fund, with regard to certain obligations
of the Supervisory Committee.
iv. To approve a new consolidated text of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure.
