Ref.: Agreements Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of the Market Law of
Values, and in exercise of the faculties conferred upon me, are communicated to you, at
essential factual nature of the Capital Advisors Real Estate Investment Fund
Multifamily US 1 (the “Fund”, which on this date, held the Ordinary Assembly of
Fund contributors, whose summons was communicated to the Market Commission
Financial through Essential Fact on May 12, 2022.
At the aforementioned Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, the following was agreed:
i. Approve the annual account of the Fund, relating to the management and administration of the
and the financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2021.
ii. To elect as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for the financial year 2022
Mr. Juan José Bulnes Valdés, Mr. Cristóbal Kaltwasser Boetsch and Mr. Rodrigo
Meyer Rojas.
iii. Appoint Surlatina Auditores Limitada as an external audit firm for
to examine the accounts, balance sheet and other financial statements of the Fund for
the financial year 2022.
