Ref: Appointment to the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10? of the Securities Market Law, and in use of the
powers conferred on me, I inform you, as an essential fact of the Investment Fund
Capital Advisors Real Estate Multifamily US I (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), which the Capital Board of Directors.
Advisors Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), in a meeting held today,
agreed to summon the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors for May 31, 2022, at 11:00
hours, in the offices of the Administrator located at Av. Apoquindo 2929, office 1400-A, 14th floor,
commune of Las Condes, Santiago, to deal with matters of ordinary assembly of contributors.
It is noted that, in accordance with the provisions of General Standard 435 and the Circular Letter
1141, both of the Commission for the Financial Market, dated March 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of
the Administrator agreed to enable for this Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund means
technological that will allow the participation and voting of those contributors who are not
physically present at the venue. In accordance with the foregoing, the Board of Directors of the
Administrator agreed and approved the use of technological means and systems necessary to accredit
the identity of persons participating remotely in the Assembly, who have powers to
act on behalf of a particular contributor, as appropriate, and reserve their vote.
Said technological means will be communicated in due course in the pertinent summons.
They will have the right to participate in the Ordinary Assembly of the Fund, the contributors who are registered
in the Contributors’ Register at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of its celebration.
This communication has been sent to you through the SEIL Module (Sending System of
Online Information), as established by General Standard No. 30 and Circular No. 1.737
both from the Commission for the Financial Market.
