From our consideration,
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of Law N*
18.045 of the Securities Market, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712,
I come to inform as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the Capital Advisors Investment Fund
Global Equities (the “Fund”) managed by Capital Advisors General Manager of
Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), the following:
In accordance with the provisions of the Fund’s internal regulations, on this same date the Board of Directors
of the Administrator agreed that the Fund would be dissolved as of December 19, 2022.
Likewise, and in compliance with the provisions of the internal regulations of the Fund, with this same
date shall be informed directly to the contributors to the Fund by the means established in their
Rules of Procedure of the Agreement adopted in respect of the Fund.
In addition, it is noted that, in accordance with the provisions of the Fund’s internal regulations,
Once it is dissolved, no new contributions may be made to it or the redemption of the
Quotas.
