Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of the Market Law of
Values and duly authorized, I communicate to you, as an essential fact that,
with this date the Board of Directors of the company Capital Advisors General Administrator of
Fondos S.A. (hereinafter, the “Administrator”), administrator of the Investment Fund
Capital Advisors Renta Variable Global (hereinafter, the “Eondo”), agreed to distribute a
final dividend amounting to USD $205.- (two hundred and five US dollars)
United States of America) for each contribution to the Fund, to be paid from profits
accumulated from the Fund.
This dividend will be paid to the contributors of the Fund in cash, starting on
December 26, 2022, by transfer to the bank account informed by the
respective contributor or, if expressly required by a contributor, through
delivery of a cheque which may be withdrawn at the offices of the Company,
located at Apoquindo 2929 Office 1400-A, Las Condes, at the time and date indicated
by the Company for these purposes.
The contributors of the Fund registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment,

A notice of payment of this dividend will be published on the website of the
Administrator www.capitaladvisorsagf.cl. You will also be sent a
Communication to contributors with identical information.
