By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 “of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration
of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, being duly empowered,
I hereby communicate to you as an essential fact, that in accordance with
what was agreed at the Board of Directors Meeting Larraín Vial Activos S.A. General Administrator of
Funds (the Administrator), held on March 8, 2023, and pursuant
number FIVE of Title IX and TWO of Title X of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund
Baring Asia Private Equity Fund Investment VIl (the “Fund”), will conduct a
Decrease of capital in the following terms:
The capital reduction will be made by decreasing the value of each of
the contributions of the Fund, for a total amount USD 776,162.00, corresponding USD
504,362.38 for series | of the Fund, and USD 271,799.62 for the Fund’s S series.
It was also agreed to distribute a provisional dividend, for a total amount USD 83,029.00
corresponding USD 53,953.56 for the series | of the Fund, and USD 29,075.44 for the S series
of the Fund.
The payment of the capital reduction and provisional dividend will be made from the day
March 14, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry at 5 “
business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments of which they are
holders as of that date.
