Dear Sir or Madam:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph
of Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of Substance
of Investment ASSET Residential Income (the “Fund”), which in ordinary session of
directory of Asset Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), is
agreed to the distribution by the Fund of a dividend in the amount of
$1,101,759,432 to contributors who are entitled to a dividend on the date of payment
indicated below.
The payment of this dividend will be made from February 9
2023, and all contributors who are registered in the
Register of Contributors to the Fund as of midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date. This payment is
Perform (i) by means of deposit in the current account indicated by the contributor to the
Administrator, or (ii) will be sent to the address informed by the contributor, if so
has requested. After 2 days from the date of payment referred to, the payment will be
will be held at the offices of the fees department of DCV Registros, located at Av.
Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, Torre Nueva Santa María, Providencia.
