Series B Bonds.
Dear Madam President,
By means of and in accordance with the provisions of the articles
9* and 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, Article 18 of Law No. 20.712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and General Standard N*30
of that Commission, we inform you, as an Essential Fact, that today has been
made a placement of Series B Bonds, for an amount of 1,950,000 Development Units,
with a maturity of April 25, 2027, at a placement rate of 4.05%, issued
charged to the dematerialised bond facility with a maximum maturity of 10 years,
whose registration in the Securities Registry of that Commission was made on June 30,
2021, under N*1.083. Scotiabank acted as Financial Advisor and Placement Agent.
