Dear Sir or Madam:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph
of Article 10″ of Law N? 18.045 of the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of Substance
Investment Asset Deuda Vivo (the “Fund”), which in ordinary meeting of the board of directors of
Asset Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), agreed to the
distribution by the Fund of a dividend in the amount of $315,998,820 to
contributors who are entitled to dividends on the payment date indicated below.
The payment of this dividend will be made from January 26
2023, and all contributors who are registered in the
Register of Contributors to the Fund as of midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date, Such payment shall be
made by deposit in the current account indicated by the contributor to the
Administrator.
