(“BACKGROUND”)

By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of the
I hereby communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, that in
Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, held on May 4, 2023,
agreed:
to. Approve: the annual account of the Fund, relating to management and administration
of the Fund, and the related financial statements.
b. To confirm that no provisional dividends were distributed from the
Net profits received for 2022.
Cc. To appoint Mrs. Gabriela Cohen as members of the Supervisory Committee
Nofal, María Angélica Armas Sáenz and María Macarena Lagos Jiménez;
d. Approve the expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee by the amount
100 Development Units;
e. To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee at the amount of 15
Development Units for each session they attend with a maximum limit
5 sessions per year;
f. Appoint HLB Surlatina Chile as external auditors; and
g. Designate Analytics Lab as independent valuers to valorize
the Fund’s investments.
