From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of the
I hereby communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, that by
Agreement of the Board of Directors of the Management Company has been cited to the following
ordinary meeting of contributors of the Fund, administered by Larrain Vial Activos S.A.
Administradora General de Fondos (the “Company”), to be held on May 4,
2023, at 11:00 am, at Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 4th floor, commune of Las
Condes, Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
i. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Company, relating to
the management and administration of the Fund, and approve the financial statements
audited for the year ended 31 December 2022;
ii. Dividend distribution;
TII. To elect the members of the Oversight Committee;
iv. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
v. To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee;
vi. To appoint, from among a list of three proposed by the Supervisory Committee, the
External audit firm for the financial year 2023, including those included
registered in the Register kept for this purpose by the Market Commission
Financial;
vii. Designation of independent valoriators for the recovery of
investments of the Fund; and
viii. Any matter of common interest of the contributors that is not their own
of an extraordinary assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
The right to participate in the Assemblies shall be granted to the Contributors who are
registered in the Registry of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to
the date of its celebration.

The Commission for the Financial Market, through General Rule N* 435
and Circular Letter No. 1,141, both dated March 18, 2020, authorized the
special public limited companies use technological means that allow participation and

QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of proxies, if applicable, shall be carried out on the same day of the Meetings,
at the place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
