ESSENTIAL FACT
ADV VIII INVESTMENT FUND
(“BACKGROUND”)
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of this
I communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, that in Ordinary Assembly
of Fund Contributors, held on May 25, 2022, it was agreed:
to. Approve: /i/ the annual account of the Fund, relating to management and administration
of the Fund, and the related financial statements.
b. Ratify the provisional dividends distributed against net profits
received from the year 2021, corresponding to MUSD 24,154.
c. To appoint Mrs. Garbiela A. Cohen as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Nofal, María Angélica Armas and María Macarena Lagos;
d. To approve the expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee in the amount of
100 Development Units;
e. To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee in the amount of 15 Units
of Promotion for each session they attend with a maximum limit of 5 sessions
per year;
f. Appoint Surlatina as external auditors; and
g. Appoint Colliers as independent consultants to enhance the
investments of the Fund.
