duly authorized, I comply with informing you as an essential fact,
The following:
On April 18, 2022, the Meeting was held
Ordinary Shareholders of Invertec Foods S.A., hereinafter the “Meeting”, in which,
among other agreements, the Annual Report, Financial Statements and
report of the External Audit Company for the year ended 31
December 2022.
Likewise, the Board agreed not to distribute dividends for the
year corresponding to the year 2022 and proceeded to designate as an audit company
for the financial year 2023 to the audit firm EY Professional Audit Services
and Asesorías Ltda.
