The following are essential:
On March 21, 2023, the Board of Directors of Invertec Foods S.A. agreed to summon an Ordinary Meeting
of Shareholders for Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 11:00 hrs. to deal with the matters below
indicate, which will be held at the offices of the company, located at Avenida Presidente Kennedy N* 9070
Office 701, commune of Vitacura, Santiago.
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting has been convened to discuss the following matters:
The
Approval of the Annual Report, Financial Statements and report of the external auditors for the year
Completed as of December 31, 2022.
Appointment of External Auditors.
Distribution of a definitive dividend.
The Election of the Board of Directors
The Determination of Remuneration and expense information of the Board of Directors,
Information about related party transactions.
Information on dividend policies.
Determine the newspaper in which the notices of summons to the Shareholders’ Meeting will be published.
Other matters pertaining to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, in accordance with the bylaws and the
LEGAL PROVISIONS IN FORCE.

that are registered in the Shareholders’ Register five working days before their date of celebration.
The qualification of powers, if applicable, will be carried out on the same day and place of the meetings, at the time on which they
