That I come to rectify the essential fact indicated in the reference, in the

In the essential fact sent to this Commission on March 29,
2023, due to an involuntary error it was pointed out that the minimum final dividend
mandatory N*35, which will be charged to the profits of the year ended at
31 December 2022, charged to the results of that year, which
the Board of Directors approved to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders,
It would be for the sum of $ 10,884.- per share, being that what was really agreed
by the Board of Directors of the Company, at a meeting held on March 29
of 2023, was the proposal to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of a
Dividend of $10,884.- per share (ten point eight eight four pesos.- per
action).
