The undersigned, in his capacity as General Manager of the public limited company
called INVERSIONES SIEMEL S.A., both domiciled in Santiago,
Avenida El Golf N*150, 21st floor, Commune of Las Condes, company registered in the
Registry of Securities with the N*%53, RUT N*94.082.000-6, duly authorized by the
Directory, communicates to you the following essential information regarding the
Company, its businesses, its public offering securities or the offering thereof, in
under the provisions of article 9% and paragraph 2% of article 10%, both of the Law
N*18.045:
At the Company’s Board of Directors meeting, held on March 29, 2023,
it was agreed, by the unanimity of the directors of the Company, to propose to the Board
General Ordinary Shareholders of our Company, scheduled for the 27th of
Next April, the payment of the final minimum mandatory dividend that is passed to
indicate, which will be charged to the profits of the year ended December 31
of 2022, charged to the results of that year:

Register of Shareholders of the Company at midnight on May 6, 2023.
The notice by virtue of which the shareholders will be informed of the agreement that
adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting referred to above, with respect to this dividend, will be
published in the newspaper “La Segunda”, edition of May 5, 2023.
The distribution of the dividend mentioned above has no effect on the situation
financial of the Company.
