The undersigned, in his capacity as General Manager of the corporation
open called INVERSIONES NUTRAVALOR 6S.A., both with

N%91.643.000-0, duly authorized by the Board of Directors, communicates to you the
following essential information regarding the Company, its business, its
publicly offered securities or the offer thereof, pursuant to the provisions of

At the Company’s Board of Directors meeting, held on April 6,
2023, it was agreed, by the unanimity of the directors of the Company,
propose to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of our Company,
