From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the Commission’s General Standard N*30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized and on behalf of Inversiones Eléctricas del
Sur S.A. (the “Company”), I have come to inform you that the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the
Society held on this date agreed, among other matters:
a) The distribution of a dividend of $24.99516085 per share from the earnings of the
Fiscal year 2022. The total amount to be distributed for this concept is $ 1,988,959,231 and
corresponds to 100% of these profits;
b) The distribution of an additional dividend of $502.67819401 per share charged to
Retained earnings from prior years. The total amount to be distributed by this
concept is $ 40,000,000,000; and
c) The renewal of the Board of Directors of the Company, which became composed of the directors
Mr. Jorge Lesser García – Huidobro, Juan Ignacio Parot Becker, Iván Díaz – Molina, Luz
Granier Bulnes, Ashley Munroe, Shama Nagushbandi, Stephen Best and Jonathan Reay.
