In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the Commission’s General Standard N*30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized and on behalf of Inversiones Eléctricas del
Sur S.A. (the “Company”), I have come to inform you that, in a meeting held on this date, the
The Board of Directors agreed to call the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 28,
2023 and propose to the Board:
a) The distribution of a dividend of $24.99516085 per share from the earnings of the
Fiscal year 2022. The total amount to be distributed for this concept is $ 1,988,959,231 and
corresponds to 100% of these profits.
b) The distribution of an additional dividend of $502.67819401 per share charged to
Retained earnings from prior years. The total amount to be distributed by this
concept is $ 40,000,000,000.
