Ref. Summons to the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders
By means of and pursuant to the provisions of Article 9? and 10* of the article of the
Law N*18.045, and duly authorized for this purpose, I communicate to you, in fact
essential with respect to INVERSIONES CONFUTURO S.A. (the “Company”), its business,
its public offer securities or the offer thereof, the following:
At a meeting held on April 6, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to summon
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for next April 25, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., which will be
will be carried out at Avenida Apoquindo 6750, 20th floor, in the commune of Las Condes, Santiago, with the
object of knowing and treating the following matters:
i) To decide on the report, balance sheet and other financial statements of the
Company and report of the External Auditors to them, in the year included
between the 1? January and December 31, 2022.
ii) Agree on the distribution of final dividends to shareholders charged to the
Earnings for 2022.
iii) Approve the Company’s dividend policy for the year 2023.
iv) Election of the Board of Directors of the Company.
v) Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year 2023 and know the expenses in which the
Directory incurred during the year 2022.
vi) Appoint External Auditors and Risk Classifiers of the Company and set their
Remunerations.
vii) To account for operations with related parties, in accordance with the provisions
in Title XVI of Law 18,046.
(viii) Determine the periodical in which notices of summons to Boards of Trustees shall be published.

ix) Other matters within the competence of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, according to the law and the
Bylaws.
