Ref. Summons to the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders
By means of the provisions and pursuant to the provisions of sections 9* and 10″ of the section of the Act
N*18.045, and duly authorized for this purpose, I communicate to you, as an essential fact
with respect to INVERSIONES CONFUTURO S.A. (the “Company”), its businesses, its securities
ofpublic offer or of the offer thereof, the following:
In a meeting held on April 6, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to summon the Board of Directors
Ordinary Shareholders for next April 27, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., which will be held
in Avenida Apoquindo 6750, 20th floor, in the commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to
Know and treat the following subjects:
To decide on the report, balance sheet and other financial statements of the
Company and report of the External Auditors to them, in the year included
between the 1? of January and December 31, 2021.
Agree on the distribution of final dividends to shareholders from profits
of the 2021 financial year.
Approve the Company’s dividend policy for 2022.
Election of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year 2022 and know the expenses in which the
Board incurred during the year 2021.
Appoint External Auditors and Risk Classifiers of the Company and set their
Remunerations.
Give an account of operations with related parties, in accordance with the provisions of
Title XVI of Law 18,046.
8. Determine the newspaper in which the notices of summons to Shareholders’ Meetings will be published.
9. Other matters within the competence of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, according to the law and the
Bylaws.
