Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in article 10%, second paragraph, of the Law on
Securities Market, in accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of the Law on
Corporations and the instructions contained in General Standard No. 30
of the Commission under your charge, being duly empowered, I hereby communicate
to you as essential information the following:
On April 6, the Board of Directors of Inversiones CMPC S.A. (the “Company”) adopted,
other, the following agreements:
Convene an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting (the “Meeting”), to be held on April 27, 2023,
at 4:00 p.m., in Calle Agustinas N” 1343, city and commune of Santiago, without prejudice to the
possibility of assisting it through technological means, in order to submit to the
consideration of the shareholders of the Company the following matters:
to. To pronounce on the Annual Report, Annual Financial Statements and Report of the
External Audit Company, all corresponding to the year ended 31
December 2022;
b. Resolve on the distribution of dividends;
c. Inform policies and procedures on profits and dividends;
d. Designate the External Audit Company and the Risk Classifiers;
e. Set the remuneration of the Board of Directors, for the year 2023;
f. Report on the agreements of the Board of Directors, related to the operations to which they are
refers to Title XVI of Law 18,046; and
g. To know and resolve on any other matter of competence of the Ordinary Meeting
of Shareholders, in accordance with the Law and the Bylaws.

It is hereby noted to you that for the purposes of this Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
publish notice of summons or carry out other summons formalities, since
The attendance of one hundred percent of the shares issued with right is assured
to vote of the Society.
Finally, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 76 of Law 18,046, I inform
You that the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and the corresponding report of
the External Audit Company were published on the Company’s website
(www.inversionesempc.cl), and this information can be accessed directly through the

count from the date indicated.
