extraordinary shareholders of Inversiones CMPC S.A. (the “Company”), held on the day
today, it was agreed to distribute a dividend of US$ 6.548554008 (six point five four eight
five five four zero zero eight United States dollars) per share, with
charge to retained earnings from prior years, existing as of December 31, 2021,
payable as of November 16, 2022, at the Company’s offices.
