I communicate to you as essential information that at the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company held today, were adopted among others, the
following agreements:
to. Approve the Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year
2021.
b. It was agreed that the profit for the year 2021 amounting to MUS$ 571,751 would be
earmarked for the Retained Earnings Fund.
Cc. To appoint the Company as external auditors for the financial year 2022
