Under Articles 9* and 10 ? of the Securities Market Law and the provisions of the

Empresas CMPC S.A. as guarantor and joint and several debtor.
The amount of the Credit amounts to the sum of US$500,000,000, which must be paid in a single installment
in April 2026. In addition to the above, and as is inherent in this type of credit, the company
