From our consideration:
We inform you about the payment of the final dividend N*75,
communicated to this Commission on April 12, 2023, I inform that, according to the value
of the observed dollar published today, the amount in pesos of the final dividend N*75 will be
of $105.28812 per share.
As agreed by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on April 11, 2023, the
final dividend N*75, will be paid in dollars or pesos, at the choice of the shareholders, according to the
procedure reported at the aforementioned Meeting, in the respective press notice and on the websites
of the Company (www.invercap.cl) and DCV (www.dcv.cl).
