In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and paragraph 2? of Article 10? of Law No.
18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of Section II of the Character Standard
General N? 30 of that Committee, I inform you as an Essential Fact that the director
Mr. Felipe Navarrete Pérez presented, as of today, his resignation from the boards of directors of
Invercap S.A. and EPA SpA.
The Board of Directors of Invercap S.A. and the Board of Directors of EPA SpA, in meetings held today,
agreed to accept – as from the same date – the resignation submitted by the director Mr.
Felipe Navarrete Perez.
