Mr. Felipe Navarrete informed his decision to temporarily leave his duties
as director and member of the Board of Directors of Invercap S.A. and as director of EPA
S.A., from this date, and until the end of the process to which it is a party by virtue of the
sanction imposed by the Commission over which you preside.
