We inform you about the payment of the final dividend N*72,
communicated to this Commission on April 13, 2022, that according to the value of the dollar
published yesterday, April 21, 2022, the amount in pesos of the final dividend N*72 will be
of $539.29015 per share.
As agreed by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on April 12, 2022, the
Final dividend N*72 will be paid in dollars or pesos, at the choice of the shareholders, according to the
procedure informed in the aforementioned Board and in the notices published for that purpose, the
