By hereby and in accordance with the provisions of Article 9? and 10 subsection
second of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of the Character Standard
General N* 30, I comply with informing you, as an Essential Fact that in session
of directory held today and unanimously of the attendees took the
following agreements:
+ It was agreed to appoint Mr. Stefan as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
Jochum and as Vice President Mr. Roberto de Andraca Adriasola.
+ In accordance with Article 50 bis of Law N*18,046, the Independent Director Mrs.
Josefina Montenegro Araneda, appointed as members of the committee the gentlemen
Felipe Navarrete Pérez and Pablo Mir Balmaceda. She was elected as president of the
Mrs. Josefina Montenegro Araneda Committee.
+ The resignation presented by Mrs. Alejandra Zárate has been informed
Rojas, to the position of General Manager, which has been accepted. Such waiver shall be made
effective from 1? May 2022. At the same meeting and unanimously, the
Board of Directors of the company appointed in his replacement, in the position of General Manager
Interim, to Mrs. Bernardita Sepúlveda Díaz who accepts this designation.
