In compliance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10? of the Law
N*18.045, on the Securities Market, and being duly authorized to do so,
I come to inform you that in Special Session N*22 held on this date, the
Board of directors of Interchile S.A. took cognizance of and accepted the resignation presented by Mr.
Gabriel Jaime Melguizo Posada in his position as General Manager, to be effective from the
January 20, 2023.
Later in that session, we proceeded to elect as the new General Manager of the
company Interchile S.A. to Mr. Luis Everley Llano Zuleta who will assume the position from
of January 20, 2023.
