Values, and other relevant legal standards, I comply with informing you as essential fact,
with respect to the company Corredora de Seguros Unidad SpA, R.U.T. 77128471-K, registered in the Registry of
Auxiliaries of the Insurance Trade under N* 8742, which in board meeting dated April 27,
2022, Mr. Claudio Rubio Barrientos presented his voluntary resignation from the position of General Manager of the
society, cual.se became effective with immediate effect.
Likewise, in the aforementioned board meeting, Mr.
Rodrigo Alejandro Cañas Navarro, C.N.l. 15.838.091-9, registered in the Register of Trade Auxiliaries
of Insurance under the N29114, who accepted the position assuming on the spot.
