With this date the General Manager of the company, Mr. Ivan
Marinado Felipos, presented his resignation to the Board of Directors, which will be effective to count
of this day. The Board of Directors, unanimously of its members present, thanked the
valuable services rendered by Mr. Marinado and accepted the resignation received.
On the same occasion, the Board of Directors, acting unanimously of its
assistants appointed Mr. Emmanuel Román to replace Mr. Marinado
Catafau, who will assume from this date, the function of General Manager of the
society.
