Shareholders of Inmobiliaria Estadio Colo Colo S.A.
PRESENT
We inform you that at the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 28, 2023, the distribution of a definitive dividend in the amount of Ch$75,594,900 was approved, corresponding to 30% of the distributable net profit for the year ended December 31, 2022. This dividend will be paid on May 31, 2023, to shareholders who are registered in the shareholders’ registry on the fifth business day prior to that date, that is, on May 25, 2023, and will be $352.818538 pesos per share.
The payment of the dividend will be made by means of a nominative sight voucher against the presentation of an identity card. In the case of legal persons, the nominative sight voucher may be delivered to the legal representative with duly accredited power of attorney.
Those shareholders or legal representatives who cannot collect the dividend personally must grant a power of attorney for that purpose. Shareholders must withdraw their voucher directly at any of the branches of Banco BCI, throughout the country, within 90 days from May 31, 2023. In those cases in which the voucher is not timely withdrawn, it will remain in the custody of DCV securities until it is withdrawn or requested by the shareholder. The same will apply to those shareholders whose bank accounts have been objected to in the verification process at the time of their submission to Banco BCI.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, those shareholders who have so requested in writing, will have the dividends deposited in the bank or savings current account that they have indicated, or they will be sent by mail to their address, by nominative check, all on the same day fixed for the distribution of dividends. Shareholders who wish to make the payment through a representative must do so by means of a power of attorney granted before a notary.
The notice referred to in Article 10 of the Regulations of the Law on Corporations was published in the electronic newspaper “Diario el Mostrador” on May 25, 2023.
