In compliance with the provisions of article 9, second paragraph of article 10 of the
Law N018.045 on the Securities Market and in General Standard N030 of the
Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter referred to as the “Commission”), duly
empowered to do so, I come to inform the following to the market in general and to the
Commission as ESSENTIAL FACT concerning Inmobiliaria de Deportes La
Dehesa S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), in order to disclose truthfully,
sufficient and timely essential facts and information relating to the Company, its
businesses and securities issued by it that are the subject of a public offer, in the
Moment in which the fact has occurred or has come to your knowledge:
The Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the company Inmobiliaria de Deportes La
Dehesa S.A. cited for April 4, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., to be held in the
registered office located at Camino Club de Golf N% 2.501, commune of Lo
Barnechea, Santiago, could not be constituted because it did not have enough quorum
as established in Law No. 18,046 on corporations.
The Board of Directors, if applicable, will agree to convene a new Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the company Inmobiliaria de Deportes La Dehesa S.A. in second
summons, which will be communicated in a timely manner.
