In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the
Law N018.045 on the Securities Market and in General Standard N030 of the
Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter referred to as the “Commission”), duly
empowered to do so, I come to inform the following to the market in general and to the
Commission as ESSENTIAL FACT concerning Inmobiliaria de Deportes La
Dehesa S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), in order to disclose truthfully,
sufficient and timely essential facts and information relating to the Company, its
businesses and securities issued by it that are the subject of a public offer, in the
moment in which the fact has occurred or has come to your knowledge, in this way:
I comply in informing you that on April 28, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.
was held in second summons, the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the company
Inmobiliaria de Deportes La Dehesa S.A., in which it was agreed, among other matters, the
next:
1.Approve the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet and the Financial Statements of the company,
corresponding to the year 2021.
2.No there were profits in the year ended December 31, 2021 so
that no profit sharing was carried out.
3. The firm ARTL Chile was appointed as external auditors of the company
Auditors.
4. The electronic newspaper “El Mostrador” was designated to carry out the publications
Legal.
