At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Inmobiliaria Club de Golf La Serena S.A., held
on April 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., at the offices of the company, located on Route 5

agreements:

Functions during the financial year 2022.
It was agreed to appoint as external auditors of the company for the year 2022 the
company EY Servicios Profesionales de Auditoria y Asesorías SpA.
