In accordance with the provisions of Article 92 and second paragraph of Article 102 of Law No. 18,045, as well as
as with paragraph 2.2 of Section Il of General Standard No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I communicate to
you in essential fact that, at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Infrastructure and Traffic
Ferroviario S.A. held on April 28, 2022, it was agreed, among other matters, the following:
1. Appoint as directors of the company for a new period of 3 years, the following
people:
a. Ricardo Montecino Leonard.
b. Cristobal Montecino Castro.
c. Patricio Perez Gomez.
d. Pedro Zurita Celpa.
e. María Isabel Seoane Estévez.
2. Appoint EY Servicios as external auditors of the company during the year 2022
