Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18″ of the Law N*
20.712, Articles 9* and 10″ second paragraph of Law No. 18.045, and Section Il of the Character Norm
General No 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, in my capacity as Chairman of
Infraestructura Alpha S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), I communicate to you in fact
The following is essential:
On April 13, 2023, the General Manager of the Company, Mr. Sergio Merino Gómez
has submitted his resignation from office, as of this date.
Then, on this date, April 14, 2023, a Special Board Meeting was held.
of the Society, in which the resignation of Mr. Sergio Merino Gómez was known,
thanking and recognizing his loyal commitment to Society and essential contribution to the
development of the same.
On the occasion of the aforementioned resignation, the Board of Directors unanimously agreed to appoint
Mr. Benjamín Viel Capocchi, as the new General Manager of the Company as of this date.
As a consequence of the appointment, and prior to its acceptance, Mr. Viel resigned
to his position as Director of the Company.
Finally, on the occasion of the resignation of Mr. Viel, as Director of the Company, is
appointed Mr. Sergio Merino Gómez as Director, who accepted the said
designation as of this date. Mr. Jorge Prieto.
It was noted that, in view of the resignation and designation referred to above, it should proceed
to the total renewal of the Board of Directors at the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, of
in accordance with the provisions of Article 32″ of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations.
