From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
NO 18.045 on the Securities Market and in Commission General Standard N930
for the Financial Market (hereinafter, the “Commission”), and duly empowered for this purpose,
I have come to inform the market in general and the Commission as a FACT of the following.
ESSENTIAL relating to Infraestructura Alpha S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), with the
Purpose of disclosing in a truthful, sufficient and timely manner the facts and information
essential relating to the Company, its business and the securities issued by it which are
object of public offer, at the time when the event has occurred or has reached its
knowledge:
At the Meeting of Holders of Series A Bonds, issued by the Company under a Contract of
Issuance of Bonds by Line of Debt Securities consisting of public deed dated 30
of April 2019, granted in the Public Notary of Santiago of Mr. Iván Torrealba Acevedo,
and its subsequent modifications and according to Complementary Deed Series A consisting of
public deed dated January 27, 2020, granted at the Public Notary of Santiago
of Mr. Iván Torrealba Acevedo, and its subsequent modifications, held on 23
December 2022 (the “Board”), the matters for which said was cited were approved.
