REF.: COMMUNICATES AGREEMENTS EXTRAORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10? of the Market Law
of Securities, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Patio Industrial 1 (the
“Fund”), administered by Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, which is dated
November 9, 2022, the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors was held, in which
adopted, inter alia, the following agreements:
1. Modify Title IV “Debt Policy” of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure;
2. Dissolve the Fund early, appointing the Administrator as its liquidator,
fixing the powers, duties and remuneration of the latter, and the procedure for the liquidation of the
Bottom; and
3. Adopt other agreements necessary to implement the decisions of the Assembly.
