As set out in Article 9? and 10? of Law No. 18.045 on
Securities Market and Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration of Securities Funds
Third Parties and Individual Portfolios, being duly empowered to this effect, through the
I hereby come to communicate to you, as an essential fact of International Independence
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), which is indicated to
continuation:
That, at the board meeting held on June 2, 2022, Mr.
Nicolás Parot Barros presented his resignation from the position of Commercial Manager and General Manager
Surrogate, which will be effective as of June 30, 2022. The board accepted the
resignation and thanked Mr. Parot for the contribution and commitment given during his tenure.
In consideration of the foregoing and in accordance with the applicable regulations,
the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to appoint Mr. Raimundo Vargas Del Río, current Manager of
Administration and Finance of the Company, as of July 1, 2022 as General Manager
of the Company, as Subrogant, until the reinstatement of Mr. Ignacio Ossandón
Ross, General Manager of the Company, in the month of October 2022, all of which will be duly
Informed this Commission, the General Market and the rest of the relevant entities.
