Ref. Communicates summons to Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Independencia Administradora
General de Fondos S.A.
From our consideration:
We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of
Independencia Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator” or the “Company”),
agreed to call the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Administrator, to be held at 9:00 a.m.
on April 28, 2023, at the offices of the Company, located at Calle Rosario Norte N* 100,
15th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
l. Approve the Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and their corresponding
notes and Reports and opinion of the Independent External Auditors,
for the year ended 31 December 2022;
2. Decide on the distribution of dividends;
3. Appoint the External Audit company for the year 2023;
4. Renew the directory;
5. Determine the remuneration that will correspond to the Directors until the
next Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting;
6. Report on the operations referred to in Title XVI of Law No. 18,046;

7. To hear and rule on other matters which, in accordance with the
legal provisions applicable to the Company and its bylaws are specific to
this type of Boards.

The Fund’s financial statements and the opinion of its external audit firm were
