Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 189
of Law No. 20,712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, article
9* and the second paragraph of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby communicate to you the following information as
Essential Fact regarding the Detroit CBD Independence Investment Fund (the “Eondo”).
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the management company
of the Fund, Independencia Internacional AGF S.A (the “Administrator”, held on 27
April 2023, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors, charged to the
Net Profit Received for the year 2023, for the total amount of USD
$329,758.25 according to the following detail by series of installments:
a. Series A, for the total amount of USD $179,960.68 which, considering the number of installments,
entitled to receive dividends on the date of the Board of Directors, equals USD
$0.019744 per fee.
a. Series B, for the total amount of USD $149,797.57 which, considering the number of installments
entitled to receive dividends on the date of the Board of Directors, equals USD
$0.019989 per fee.
The payment of this dividend will be made from May 4,
2023, and all those contributors registered in the respective Registry to the fifth will be entitled to it.
business day prior to the date of payment, i.e. 27 February 2023, in proportion to the number of
Fees held at that date, by deposit in the bank account you have indicated
the Contributor to the Administrator.
