REF: INFORMS NEW SHAREHOLDER COMPOSITION AND COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

In accordance with the provisions of article 92 and second paragraph of article 102 of Law 18,045 on
Securities Markets and General Standard N230 of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance (today
Commission for the Financial Market), I have come to communicate, as an essential fact, the following
information:
1.- In the Extraordinary Board of Directors, held on March 31, 2022, the
sale of 9,928 shares of the Company, equivalent to 50% of its share capital. It has been reported to the
Board of Directors that Grupo Incorp S.A. has disposed of 9729 shares and Acofin Dos S.A. 199 shares. Actions now
They have been acquired by Petra Group Holdings Limited and Latam Trade Capital Limited in
ratio of 9927 shares for the first and 1 action for the second, so that the first passes to
directly or indirectly control 100% of the Company’s capital.
2.- Likewise, in the Extraordinary Board of Directors mentioned above, the resignation of the
Directors Jaime Vargas Serrano, Sergio Benavente Benavente and Cristián Cortés Poo, and the
appointment in his replacement, until the next Shareholders’ Meeting, of Mr. Nial Ferguson, Mr. Oswaldo
Sandoval and Michael Velez. The Board appointed Mr. Carlos Baudrand Saavedra.
