By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, and duly empowered by the Board of Directors of INVERSIONES LA CONSTRUCCIÓN S.A. (the “Company”), I communicate to you, as an essential fact with respect to the Company, the following:
With this date, the Board of Directors has learned of the resignation of Mr. Paulo Bezanilla Saavedra from the position of director of the Company, which became effective as of this same date. In his replacement, the Board of Directors of the Company, in a meeting held today, unanimously appointed Mr. Juan Armando Vicuña Marín.
