REF.: INFORMS AGREEMENTS OF ORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and
individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, hereby
Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A., duly authorized for this purpose, informs as an essential fact
that on May 26, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Investment Fund was held
Security iFund MSCI Brazil Small Cap Index (the “Fund”), in which contributors present and represented
agreed as follows:
1. The financial statements and the annual account of the Fund for the year then ended
December 31, 2021.
2. Mario Tessada Pérez, Fernando Lefort Gorchs and Andrés Román Peña were elected as members
of the Supervisory Committee.
3. The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was adopted.
4. It was agreed to appoint Surlatina Auditores Limitada as the audit firm of the Fund for the year
Completed as of December 31, 2022.
